BanQs skips COVID Relief vote to hang at CPAC

Congressman Jim Banks skipped the Covid Relief bill vote early Saturday morning so he could attend the far-right CPAC convention in Florida. Banks sent the following letter asking that his vote be cast by proxy.

If you remember correctly, Banks was part of a lawsuit to stop Speaker Pelosi from from accepting votes by proxy.
