State Representative Terry Goodin released the following statement regarding his positive test for COVID-19:

“I have tested positive for COVID-19.  I was alerted last week that I had possible contact with someone who had tested positive and immediately scheduled a test for last Thursday, receiving a positive test result on Monday. I am currently exhibiting a “full throttle” of COVID-19 symptoms, including a skull-cracking headache, fever, body aches and cough,” Goodin said.  “I did not have any contact with our teachers or students and our office is in a separate building attached to the school. We have been following very strict lockdown procedures in the school, classroom and building. I am isolated from my family and will remain so until cleared by my personal physician. Let me finish by saying this virus is real and I implore every Hoosier to not only take it seriously, but listen to the medical experts on precautionary measures you can take to protect yourself, your family and your neighbors,” Goodin added.
