Valparaiso Republicans and the Smoking World Trade Center Float

The Valparaiso Republican’s entry into the Popcorn Festival Paraade featured a float with replica’s of the World Trade Center complete with holes in the side of them and smoke billowing out the top. What, they couldn’t find somone to fly remote controlled planes into the side of them and throw action figures off the top to simulate people jumping?

And the only thing that may be as disturbing as the float itself is the fact they receive an honorable mention from the judges.
