Jim Lucas, Hitler and the Star of “Not Vaccinated”?

We are used to State Rep. Jim Lucas saying or doing something most sane people would consider batshit crazy, but his rant about Hitler and his Star of the “Not Vaccinated” seemed worth mentioning.

I was caught by someone commenting why he is allowed to say this without consequences by Republican leaders? My response, “Jim is allowed to do this because there have been no consequences in the past and most of his Republican leadership and constituents agree with him.’
