INDIANAPOLIS, IN – As Vice-President Mike Pence and Betsy DeVos, Secretary of Education bring the beltway quarrel regarding school reopening to Indiana today, Dr. Woody Myers made the following statement:

“In the absence of leadership from the Governor and President, teachers, parents and students have been left wondering why they don’t have more guidance about schools reopening,” said Dr. Woody Myers. “Instead of providing schools and students meaningful resources, PPE or additional funding for nurses, counselors or staff, they’ve brought their junk science roadshow to Indiana on a day when we’ve again seen a record number of COVID-19 cases.”
