Former Surgeon General saying the quiet part out loud

It appears Jerome Adams (former US Surgeon General and IN Health Commissioner) is also saying the quiet part out loud and seems to be prescribing a higher minimum wage: the Indiana Republicans’ economy is making Hoosiers work more for less.
