Dana speaks truth to power. I thank her for her wish for healing and peace. I agree with her that we cannot rest until we all relate to each other as humans, valued by our community, family, and as individuals. What that requires in the context of law enforcement, I am not totally sure. Let’s start with genuine kindness and respect as we interact with each other and see where that takes us.
