“irretrievable breakdown of the marriage”…only if you have a witness

Indiana lawmakers have proposed HB 1684, a bill which make getting a divorce more difficult in Indiana. The bill outlines that, if passed, those seeking divorce who have children would have to present a witness to testify as to the “irretrievable breakdown of the marriage” OR the person seeking the divorce must “show cause” as to why the divorce should be granted.

No one should ever be forced to stay in a marriage for any reason. This is yet another attempt by the gop to limit the rights of Americans.
