Bill would take agriculture duties away from Lt. Governor (Micah BeQwith)

Per Niki Kelly – There has been rumbling for a while about taking power away from the Lt. Gov. since the election of Micah Beckwith. And now we see a key bill: SB202 – Glick/Buck – would take agriculture duties away from lieutenant governor but maintain role for rural development.
