The Indiana Democratic Party, the organization that advocates for the future of Indiana and its families, today issued the following statement about Attorney General Todd Rokita for purposely using misinformation and conspiracy theories about so-called voter fraud and the 2020 elections to further sow doubt in the American election process that was found to be the “most secure in history”, according to federal security officials:

“Using the power of an elected office to peddle misinformation and debunked conspiracy theories should be beneath any elected leader — that is, unless you’re Attorney General Todd Rokita. The Attorney General’s testimony this morning for the Georgia-like Senate Bill 353 was an embarrassing display of extreme partisanship and a desperate attempt to appease an out-of-office former U.S. president and a dangerous political agenda.

Security experts confirmed the 2020 elections were safe and fair, and Rokita’s grandstanding – a complete 180 degree change from 17 years ago – illustrates how irresponsible the Indiana Republican Party has become. Their ‘partisan only’ approach to governing is why Hoosiers should no longer trust them to look after the future of Indiana and its families.” –Drew Anderson, spokesman for the Indiana Democratic Party

I can’t keep track of the number of Robo calls I get a day. Maybe the AG instead of trying to make headlines with misinformation should do his job and go after the fake callers.
