Jim Banks, Jim Lucas spreading lies and fear about New Orleans terrorist attack

The Jims are at it again: lying and spreading fear. For the record, the suspect is a U.S. citizen and an Army veteran, born and raised in Texas. Someone should really bring the Jims up to speed—not that it’ll stop them from lying anyway.
